Monopoly Events offers a variety of options for tickets at each of our events. We offer an Early Bird Ticket which allows early entry (9am) to the event, General Entry Ticket, which is standard entry time (11am) only and we also offer both these tickets in single day or weekend tickets. We have Adult and Child aged 5-9 ticket prices available for all these options. Children under the age of 4 are admitted free.

At any time, you may upgrade your ticket to one of our special VIP passes. These special passes allow for a variety of benefits depending on which pass you have upgraded to or purchased.

On each event we are implementing a limited number of diamond passes. On every Monopoly Events show, we will have a separate aisle for diamond passes on the autograph and photo areas clearly marked, make your way into this lane, and a member of staff will take you straight to the front of any queue for any guest. Only that person will be allowed to get items signed or their photo taken, we will allow people to accompany a diamond pass holder but only the diamond pass holder can get an autograph or photo, not the people accompanying them. Diamond pass also includes priority entry into the event.

Anyone who has purchased a general entry ticket that wants to upgrade can do so by calling customer services on 0344 8000 410. Diamond passes are £100 a day or £150 for the full weekend (all prices are exclusive of booking fee).

*Please note for Comic Con Scotland only these will be included in the diamond pass price.

On each event we have 25 front row seats. Anyone who buys a full weekend ticket is entitled to buy one of the front row tickets as an add on to their general entry ticket or diamond pass. A front row seat is charged at £25 (plus booking fees) for the full weekend and will also gain you priority in any questions being asked to the audience on panels and Q&A’s.

On certain high-level guests, we are implementing meet and greet opportunities, these are priced accordingly depending on who the guest is, and we will offer different packages and benefits depending on who the talent is.

Comic Con Scotland opens at two different times over the course of the weekend these are as follows:

Saturday General Entry Ticket: 11am

Saturday Closing: 6pm

Sunday Early Bird Ticket: 9am

Both the Comic Con Scotland event and the Royal Highland Centre venue are completely disabled friendly with full access to all areas of the event. There are disabled toilet facilities inside the public toilet areas.

We have a dedicated team of customer assistants waiting to help you get the right ticket for your requirements. Comic Con Scotland customers with specific access requirements will need to register these details with our Customer Care team when they buy their ticket. Everybody’s requirements will be different, and we want to ensure your enjoyment of the event, therefore, disability tickets can only be booked by calling our Customer Care team on 0344 8000 410. Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm & Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm.

Customers will receive tickets allowing priority access to Comic Con Scotland, avoiding the queue and giving priority for autographs and photo opportunities, as well as at the front door. Customers will need to show their accessibility priority tickets to our venue stewards on arrival. There is Accessible Parking near the venue and dedicated accessible parking spaces are available.

Comic Con Scotland will provide a free ticket to carers/personal assistants of fans who are attending that have a medical disability to accompany them in the venue. The person with disability will need to buy a full price general admission ticket, it is only the carer/personal assistant who is entitled to a free ticket. If the person with disability is under 16 years of age, a carer ticket will not be granted as all persons under 16 years of age need adult supervision anyhow. In order to receive an additional ticket, the personal assistant needs to be on the carer's register which we will require proof of. Please call our customer services team to book on 0344 8000 410. Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm & Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm.

Parking at the Royal Highland Centre is accessible from the North Car Park Entry marked on the map below. Parking is £5 per car, per day.

The Royal Bank of Scotland has a permanent ATM facility inside of the Royal Highland Centre at the East entrance, however, this is not always available during events, so we strongly advise that you bring plenty of cash with you on the day to make sure you do not miss out.

We also have an Autograph, Photograph and COA Prepay office inside the venue (marked on the venue map at the end of this document) where you can purchase special tokens in £5, £10, £20 denominations and pay by credit or debit card. These can be used throughout the event to purchase photo ops, autographs and COA certificates at signings.

Finally, it is worth noting that the cast majority of traders accept card as well as cash, but always check with the trader before purchasing an item.

There are food and drink options available throughout the Royal Highland Centre with a very good selection at very good prices.

Food and drink from home is permitted at the event but a strict no-alcohol policy is in place.

If you have a medical emergency during the event, please find a member of the Royal Highland Centre staff or a Comic Con Scotland volunteer who will assist you in finding medical care.

Baby changing facilities are available within the public toilet facilities (marked on the venue map at the end of this document).

The Royal Highland Centre has a strict no smoking policy, however there are designated smoking areas outside of the venue.

Throughout Comic Con Scotland you will find many fantastic props and sets. These are here for you to see and enjoy as members of the public and fans of different franchises.

Photographs and selfies of the props and sets are free to take on your phones and cameras and are included in the price of your entry ticket. Many of the props and sets will be manned by staff who will be happy to take your photo for you and you just need to ask.

However, there are just a few simple rules that we ask you adhere to for us to continue to bring you these fantastic extras.

  1. Please do not touch any of the props, these are delicately built props not real metal flying ships and so on.

  2. Please respect the roped off sections and do not cross these for any reason.

  3. Please do not remove any items from sets or move any pieces that are placed in the sets.

Our guests are just as excited to meet their fans as their fans are to meet them, however we do ask that if you see them outside of the event, please do not press them for photographs or autographs, this is why they are at the event, you have plenty of time to see them throughout the course of the weekend and we do ask that you try to remember that they are entitled to their space and privacy.

Each of our guests will be seated at a table in our guest signing area when not on a break, at a live panel on stage or in a photoshoot. You are welcome to queue up in the guest line in order to meet the guest or have something signed, but we do ask that you respect the other fans behind you in the queue and don’t stay too long with the guest at their table.

Most guests are very happy to have selfies taken at their table whilst you are there saying hello or getting your autograph. This is entirely at the guest’s discretion and we ask that you respect this. If a selfie is available, a price may also be applicable, again at the guest’s discretion, this will be on display at the table and we ask that you arrange payment for this before taking the selfie.

Sadly, it is inevitable that from time to time a guest may have to cancel his or her appearance at one of our events due to filming, illness or other commitments, they are working actors and understandably must put their professional careers and health over fan appearances. In this instance, it is our policy to refund for any photo opportunities and autograph tickets, or if you prefer, we can switch to another guest for you. In either instance, please contact our customer service team on 0344 8000 410 where someone will be able to help you. Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm & Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm. It is also our policy to attempt to have the guest appear at another of our events in the future so that for the most part, fans do not miss out on meeting their heroes.

It is NOT our policy to refund event entrance tickets if a guest cancels their appearance, the event will still be going ahead and unless it is cancelled altogether then no refund will be permitted for any reason for a guest absence. This is common practice at any fan convention.

Autographs tickets are available to purchase before the event from our website or on the day using either our token system or by paying at the guest table. Please note, you MUST have an event entry ticket before purchasing autograph tickets, these are an additional extra on top of the general entrance fee and are not included in the price of entry.

Our guests will be signing all day from 9.30am until 5.30pm if they are not in a live panel on stage, at a photo shoot or taking a break. Sometimes guests will arrive late or early due to travel requirements so please be aware of this when making your plans as we cannot guarantee they will be available all day.

We have a very trustworthy queue system that hasn’t yet let us down, sticking to this system will allow for your guest experiences to be first class and hassle free. Anyone with a Diamond pass, pre-paid priority ticket or disability ticket will queue in a separate line to regular ticket holders and as such will be directed to this queue on arrival. Regular ticket holders will queue as normal.

You must go to the queue (see above) for the guest that you are getting the autograph for and hand in your ticket if you have one to the volunteer. You then queue to meet the guests and have your item signed.

You may bring any items you wish to be signed within reason, some items have an additional charge on them depending on what they are, but this is always stated beforehand. Some guests will not sign anything other than photographs as well, this is at their own discretion, so please be aware of this when bringing in items. If you do not have an item to be signed, you may choose from a selection of photographs that will be available on the guests table for no extra charge.

If you would like to purchase an official Monopoly Events Certificate of Authenticity for your signing, you may do so at the table or at our Prepaid Token Office, simply ask the volunteer at the table and they will take your information and give you a referenced COA for your item at an additional cost of £10. Our system means that it is impossible for these certificates to be duplicated or faked. If you wish to take a photograph of the guest signing your item, please get permission beforehand.

Whilst at the table, you may ask for a selfie if the guest is happy to provide this service. Details of this can be found above under “Guest Information & Policies”.

Professional photographs tickets are available to purchase before the event from our website or on the day using our token system or by paying at the photo op area. Please note, you MUST have an event entry ticket before purchasing autograph tickets, these are an additional extra on top of the general entrance fee and are not included in the price of entry.
